Our team offers a service of global advisory on the technical activities for the organization of the whole process of transformation, planning and project refinement, including also processes’ digitalization, Data Room’s creation, Project Management’s activities and post-purchase management.

In details, the process includes various phases/operations that could be clustered into three macro-stadia.

ACQUISITION Study phase that includes: research and analysis of investment opportunities on the market, pre-feasibility studies, preliminary urban planning checks and the creation of a searchable database.
SCOUTING Searching for established and emerging realities in every area of the real estate chain, both from a design and consultancy and legal- administrative point of view.
BEAUTY CONTEST Identification through beauty contest of the most suitable planners, designers or consultants for the operation, with definition of the brief and project guidelines.
DIGITAL FILING Preliminary urban planning and cadastral checks, with the collection of documents and digital filing for the creation of digitally-managed Data-Rooms with remote accessibility through dedicated accesses.
ECONOMIC ANALYSIS Verification of economic sustainability in the pre-, investment and post-acquisition phases.
ENERGY SUSTAINABILITYResearch and inspection of the best design solution for the building energy sustainability, through constant verification of the different available and future technologies.
PROJECT BRIEF Phase that includes the punctual definition of the best design composition and typological mix either at first level (typologies) and at second level (dimensions by typology); together with the choice of the most suitable ancillary services for the project and the composition of the finishing.
PROJECT MONITORING Activities to assist designers, followed directly by the company founders, to transfer the data coming from market researches and macro-trends, from master-plan planning to the definition of individual cuts.
PHASE MANAGEMENTProject management activities and coordination between professionals in the various phases of the building process.
SALE: The sale of individual real estate units includes technical activities of coordination of the various professionals and consultants involved in the process of creating digital data rooms for sharing documents with banks, experts or notaries.
POST-SALES Management of post-sale activities by a digital platform and a dedicated team, in order to relieve the developer of minor, unsupervised and time-consuming activities.
